Applicants must show they have suitable accommodation in the UK and that it:
- Is owned or occupied exclusively by the applicant and their family members
- Has sufficient living space
- Meets any public health requirements
You will need to produce evidence of available accommodation. Sometimes it will be necessary to also obtain an official report which explains in detail exactly what accommodation is available.
If you intend to share accommodation with other family members, it can become quite tricky and the need for evidence increases. We strongly advise you to contact us before submitting an incorrect or invalid application which will be very costly to you.
