We offer different packages to help you meet the costs of your divorce
a. We offer a free consultation to suitable clients where the family’s net assets are in excess of £1m or their combined income is in excess of £150,000. We will talk you through the stages of the legal process and explain how we will help. We will then be able to give you a sense of the possible outcomes of your case and even the likely cost.
b. For everyone else we offer a free 15 minute consultation. This will be by phone. It’s a no obligation opportunity to discuss your case and questions with a professional matrimonial solicitor.
c. A 1 hour consultation. This is charged at £100 plus VAT and if afterwards you choose to instruct us we will deduct this fee from the costs of conducting your work
d. A fixed fee divorce if you are the Petitioner these start at £800 plus VAT for most divorces and if you are the Respondent these start at £600 plus VAT. Any court fees are charged separately.
e. The hourly rate. Our expert matrimonial solicitors hourly rates start from £200 plus VAT per hour.
